About Me

I've been a professional developer for over 20 years. I like learning new things, especially new programming languages. Right now that's Swift. I'm writing about my journey as I go, comparing it to Rust, which is my go-to language. I've written Clojure, TypeScript, Ruby, and Java professionally.

I enjoy trying new keyboards and editors. The ZSA Voyager keyboard and Helix are my daily drivers. When I retire, I want to write an editor. I still think there are plenty of untried features that would be useful in an editor.
